What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life from concept to production:
- Design computer-generated, full-color graphics and vinyl output for print and signage
- Create, modify, and prepare customer-supplied artwork for production
- Determine layout, sizing, typography, and design elements based on space, aesthetics, and production requirements
- Prepare files for printing, cutting, and mounting across multiple output devices
- Inspect jobs for accuracy, material selection, and correct output settings
- Maintain and organize customer logo and artwork libraries
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience (sign, print, or production design a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn
